Shane Sanchez

Shane has been involved in student ministry for over 15 years in both volunteer and staff roles, continually learning from and being inspired by the next generation. He served as a student pastor at MISSION Community Church in Gilbert, AZ, and Gwinnett Church in Sugar Hill, GA (a campus of North Point Ministries). During this time, he honed his passion for leading teenagers to find thriving life in Jesus and developed a deep commitment to championing the progress of the local church.

After his time as a student pastor, Shane joined Orange, where he held various Director roles in the Student Ministry department, shaping content and strategy for leaders across the globe. Shane holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University.

Currently, he serves as the Director of Partner Strategy at TENx10, where he works to cultivate strategic partnerships that empower ministries to disciple the next generation. Shane’s most important roles are husband and father. He loves his wife, Heather, and their kids—Asher, Oliver, Elliot, and Mila. He still aspires to one day dunk a basketball.
