CHARLIE CONDER

Charlie is a dynamic communicator with over 25 years of full-time youth ministry experience. She has a passion for fostering inclusive communities which was influenced by her time as a Deaf and hard-of-hearing teacher.

As a certified coach, Charlie has spent the last 9 years equipping leaders to impact the next generation for organizations like Orange and The Youth Cartel. 

When not igniting curiosity and belonging, Charlie is hanging out with their husband, two adult daughters who turned out pretty awesome, and two pups who are convinced they run the house.
