Andrae serves as the NextGen Pastor of One Community Church in Plano, TX. He is passionate about making every weekend “Wow” for kids, students and young adults as well as equipping parents to be the best parent they can be.

Andrae has spoken virtually and in person as a breakout speaker for conferences, held workshops for churches, and created resources for the local church through One Community Church's Climb Network.

In his free time, he enjoys hanging with his son, Jayden, and cooking with his daughter, Kaylin.
